Dragons Are Real

While I am writing these lines I have completed 3 new baskets designs and about 6 others are in progress. 

This request was a good coincidence as I was already working on some new designs for 2024

For now, in 2023, I made 122 objects with rope: Baskets, bowls, vessels. Those as displayed in 3 collections...

More is coming. The incubation started a long time ago (as all my projects) but I should be able this year to present...

It is not just about the object, the product but about its story and that it is evolving and made with time and reflexion.

That’s it, we have finally arrived the day I reveal what I have been making the past 5 months.

In the dark light of the autumnal Outer Hebrides, the rope is dyed, the rope is shaped, the rope is in transformation.

Everything is smoother, easier, faster (I can sew 2500 stitches per minute !). I also have a better control of what I am doing. In one word : delightful !
