Shipping policy

We currently dispatch all products via the Royal Mail and DPD. We charge a fee based on the weight of your order and the number of parcel we can pack your products in.

Products ordered from Dragons Are Real® via the online store will only be dispatched when the payment has been received by us. Usually the next working day.

Once goods are dispatched, an email notification will be sent to you and if applicable, tracking details for your parcel will be provided. Good are normally delivered to your door within 10 days, Please remember that post from the Outer Hebrides can at times be a little irregular due to extreme weather. Also, shipping times can vary depending on the geographical zone of the customer, the chosen shipping carrier and during periods of high demand.

Dragons Are Real® cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the customer, including failures to input complete information when communicating their contact information, and for shipping delays or failure to deliver the ordered products that may result from these mistakes. In the case where delivery is impossible, due to an error in the address indicated by the customer, Dragons Are Real® will contact the customer as early as possible in order to obtain a new delivery address and the potential additional shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer.
