In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
The descriptions used on the website to describe functions, accessories and physical size or weight of the products we sell are to the best of our knowledge, accurate. Due to manufacture some products may have slight differences.
The products subjected to these Terms and Conditions are those who appear on the website and that are sold and delivery directly by Dragons Are Real® via the online store and physical stores. The products are described on the corresponding page of the website, and their essential features are presented. The supply of product is subject to stock availability. The status of a product is always indicated on the corresponding page of the website.
When a User wishes to acquire a product sold by Dragons Are Real®, the price indicated on the product’s page corresponds to the price in Pound Sterling, taxes included, shipping fees non-included.
Dragons Are Real® retains the right to update and modify the Website, the Terms and Conditions, as well as any delivery process or other constituent of the services offered by Dragons Are Real® through the website.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mathilde Piard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The brand, logo and graphical identity of the website are trademarks registered with the IPO (Intellectual Property Office) and intellectual work protected by copyright whose ownership belongs exclusively to Mathilde Piard.
We do not store credit card details nor do we shared customer details with any third parties. Dragons Are Real® values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve our customers shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services. We recognise that we must maintain and use customer information responsibility. We do not sell, rent or otherwise transfer the informations you provide to us online to any other person(s).
The customer, once add products to their virtual cart, they will have to input a mailing and/or billing address, choose a carrier, and enter a valid mean of payment in order to finalize the order and form the contract between them and Dragons Are Real®. Finalizing the order implies that the customer accepts the price of the products as well as the conditions and shipping delays indicated on the chapter 6 of this Terms and Conditions. Once the order is placed, the customer will be informed by email. This confirmation will contain the order summary as well as any relevant information to the delivery. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a distances sales contract between Dragons Are Real® and the customer.
All sales must be paid in full when the order is placed. Payment can be made using a credit or a debit card.
We currently dispatch all products via the Royal Mail or DPD. We charge a fee based on the weight of your order and the number of parcel we can pack your products in.
Products ordered from Dragons Are Real® via the online store will only be dispatched when the payment has been received by us. Usually the next working day.
Once goods are dispatched, an email notification will be sent to you and if applicable, tracking details for your parcel will be provided. Goods are normally delivered to your door within 10 days, Please remember that post from the Outer Hebrides can at times be a little irregular due to extreme weather. Also, shipping times can vary depending on the geographical zone of the customer, the chosen shipping carrier and during periods of high demand.
Dragons Are Real® cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the customer, including failures to input complete information when communicating their contact information, and for shipping delays or failure to deliver the ordered products that may result from these mistakes. In the case where delivery is impossible, due to an error in the address indicated by the customer, Dragons Are Real® will contact the customer as early as possible in order to obtain a new delivery address and the potential additional shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer.
In order to submit a complaint, the customer must write to Dragons Are Real® a declaration in which they express their reservations and complaints, along with supporting documents (receipt slip signed by the carrier, pictures…). Complaints that do not respect the aforementioned conditions will not be accepted.
Dragons Are Real® will repair, replace, or refund the product or its components as early as possible and at Dragons Are Real® charge, subject to the material possibility of repair if the product and/or its availability in stock.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date the order has been placed. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 10 days from Dragons Are Real® being notified of the withdrawal by the customer. Direct costs for the return of the products are the expense of the customer. The customer will be refunded of the totality of the amount paid for placing the order within 14 days from the acknowledgement of the withdrawal by Dragons Are Real®. The refund will be made through the same means of payment used when placing the order.
